Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your order will be charged at the time of shipping.

Shipping

Due to the different weight of each item we do not post shipping costs before, or at the time of, your order. We will email you the final shipping cost and order total to be charged to your credit card.

In stock items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for out of stock items to be shipped.

Shipping is through UPS or USPS. International shipping is available. All orders are insured. Tracking information will be provided. Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a money back guarantee on all of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us at (410) 280-9064 within 30 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to return your piece for a full refund or exchange. Buyer pays shipping.

Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds for returned merchandise will not be processed until the returned item is received in our studio. Please note that it can take up to 15 days to refund your account upon receipt of your refund request. Please allow for up to 2 billing cycles, or 60 days, for your refund to show on your credit card statement, depending upon when the refund takes place in the billing cycle.

Damaged Items

Please open your package and inspect it upon receipt. If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, a claim must be made within 5 days. Please save all packing materials and call as soon as possible. Once the claim is filed a replacement piece will be shipped to you.
